Objective:
At the last meeting of PCC.I, it was decided to hold a series of workshops on fraud-related topics, with participation of international experts in this matter. This Second Workshop will enable awareness to be raised among technology providers and operators of the synergies that may be generated in developing technology with elements that can identify and protect against possible fraud situations.
The objective of this Second Workshop is to identify shared tasks to be carried out by operators and technology providers in order to minimize the impacts of fraud on the provision of telecommunication services.
Moderators: Mr. Giovani Mancilla Gaona, Fraud Control Manager, Telefónica Colombia, Rapporteur Group on Fraud Control in Telecommunication Services; Mr. Patricio Hsu, CNC Argentina, co-Rapporteur of said group.
