XXI Meeting of COM/CITEL will be held in Washington, DC, USA from December 7 to 9, 2009

Mandate:

To study and recommend strategies and best practices for the appropriate deployment and provisioning of telecommunication services in a convergent environment.
 

Terms of Reference:

1. Study different service provisioning modalities in a convergent environment and their impact on the sector players.
2. Study the feasibility of implementing convergent services in the region.
3. Identify strategies and experiences to be a reference for the appropriate implementation of service provisioning in a convergence environment.
4. Promote the exchange of experiences related to the provisioning of new ICT based services.
