Book: Telecommunications Polices for the Americas. CITEL and the Telecommunication Development Bureau of the International Telecommunication Union
(ITU) have released an updated version of the Blue Book: Telecommunication Policies for the Americas Region. The first edition came out in early 1996. This
book takes a fresh perspective and provides a baseline for discussing the impact of the telecommunications in the Western Hemisphere, especially the legislative, policy and regulatory environments in an era of technological convergence, globalization and Internet boom.
