The new CITEL structure (2006-2010) is based on a committee organization:

• Permanent Executive Committee (COM/CITEL)
• Permanent Consultative Committee I: Telecommunication
• Permanent Consultative Committee II: Radiocommunication including Broadcasting
• Steering Committee
• Conference Preparatory Working Group
